Mubarak Begum – Legend From Golden Era of Music Passes Away

Mubarak Begum ji started her career in 1949 and she went on to sing some of the best melodies in our movies. She was given her first break by Indo-Pakistani music director Nashad ( not Naushad ). She passed away on 18th Jul at 9:30PM in her residence in Jogeshwari. She was 80 years old.
