Pakistani Singer Junaid Jamshed Dies in a Plane Crash

Junaid Jamshed was born on 3rd Sep, 1964 and started his singing career after finishing his engineering. He was spotted by pop singer Rohail Hayatt and he joined singing group Vital Signs. His career got a lift via his albums Vital Signs 1 & 2. His albums were instrumental in promoting pop music in Urdu. He later became a religious preacher and released lots of religious albums.
Junaid Jamshed and his family died on 7 December 2016 when PIA Flight 661 crashed in Chitral enroute Islamabad.
