In the Voice of Actors – Part 1
Hindi film music directors have always experimented with their music. Be it introducing any new instrument or any new singer or a completely different style of music. Under such experiments is making the actors do their own playback singing.
It is interesting to note that earlier the on screen actors did their playback singing as a rule but later on this rule kind of vanished in the era when playback singing was introduced.
In this collection we will explore various songs sung by the lead actors and actresses starting with Ashok Kumar.
