Singer Mohammed Aziz No More

Well known singer of Hindi cinema Mohammed Aziz passed away in Mumbai today. He was 64. He flew in from Kolkata on Monday night and complained uneasiness on Tuesday afternoon. He was admitted to Nanavati hospital for the same where he was declared dead.
Born on 2nd July 1954 in Ashok nagar, West Bengal, Aziz who was nicknamed Munna began his career with a Bengali film Jyoti. His first Hindi film was Ambar in 1984. His big break came through the song Mard Tangewaala main hoon….for none other than Mr. Bachchan. He has also done playback singing for famous actors such as Govinda, Rishi Kapoor, Mithun chakraborty and several others. In addition to film career, Aziz has also rendered several bhajans and Sufi songs.
