Songs Of The Senses: Touch
It was only a few days ago that I was discussing with a friend of mine about the five senses. Inadvertently, the discussion converted into how different senses are used in our Hindi film songs; ergo the article on senses.
Let us begin with the sense of touch. A lot can be conveyed through a single touch, whether it is the sympathetic touch of a dear friend, the romantic touch of the beloved, the understanding and warm touch of a mother or the way someone touches our hearts and our souls. Yes, a touch has a lot to convey.
