The Face Tells It All – Chehra: Part 1

By  |

It is said that a face is like the mirror of the mind. Whatever we think reflects on our face quite immediately. A face can be a very tricky thing as well; it might show you true emotions or it might put on a different ‘face’ over itself to fool you or those around you. In any case, your face carries a lot of importance.

A beautiful face is showered with praises; poets have compared the face of their beloved with that of the moon! On the other hand people say that one should not give it much importance as the heart of the person is what should be considered. How interesting! And when something is so interesting and intriguing, do you think it would not be a part of songs especially the Hindi Film songs? Nah! No chance!

So I started to make a list of such songs where “chehra” was the central idea and a song was woven around it and voila, out came this article!
