When The Eyes Do The Talking – as the title suggests, this collection will explore the songs that feature the much used word ‘Nazar’ in the lyrics. Sometimes, we don’t need words to convey what we want; the eyes say it all. There are times when with just a glimpse of the beloved, the lover quenches his thirst of a tedious longing. One single glance can cast a spell, a single look can save you from hell! Such is the power of the Nazar.

Interestingly it can also mean the evil eye. Over the years lyricists have used this word and we have tried to bring to you a mix of old and new ‘nazar’ songs.

composed by Rahul Dev Burman and written by Majrooh Sultanpuri. The song features Amitabh Bachchan and Amjad Khan. The song became a massive hit and is a must on any dance playlist even today in India. Many dance parties including Saturday Nights and Dicso night play this song tirelessly.
